How we work
Send your plans, photos, and bids ahead of time. We meet for a focused session, in person around Knoxville or by video anywhere in the country. You leave with a clear plan and honest answers.
What it costs
The Discovery Call is free — a short conversation to understand your project and figure out whether you even need me. If you do, the paid work (a walkthrough, a job-site visit, an on-call retainer) is a rounding error against the cost of getting trim wrong on a whole house, and I scope it before anything begins.
