What is the Discovery Call, exactly?

A short, free call to understand your situation and figure out how we can help — bring a bid, your plans, a job site, or a business challenge. It's a fit-and-scoping conversation, not a working session: we diagnose what you actually need, then scope the paid work from there.

How do payments and terms work?

The Discovery Call is free. Paid work is scoped in writing first, then begins with a 50% deposit — retainers are billed monthly in advance. Nothing starts until the scope and price are agreed, so there are no surprises on either side.

What should I have ready for the call?

Accepted Answer

Whatever you've got — plans, photos, a contractor's bid, or just a list of questions. For trim-company owners, a rough sense of your revenue, crew size, and what's getting in the way helps us use the time well. The more you share when you book, the further we get.

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before. Life on job sites happens.

Is this virtual or in person?

Most consulting is virtual and available nationwide. In-person Job Site Walks and crew training are available in the Knoxville and East Tennessee area.

What happens after the call?

Accepted Answer

If there's a fit, you get a written scope and price for the work we discussed. From there it's a 50% deposit to begin (or monthly-in-advance for a retainer), and we get going. No pressure if the timing isn't right.
